Nutrition is not based on where you come from and whatever dietary customs you are brought up to, but whether or not you belong to the human race. Healthful eating includes eating more fruits and vegetable, increasing fiber intake, cutting down fat, sugar, and salt intake. We need a small amount of salt to keep our bodies health to keep our bodies healthy. Some salts occur naturally in foods. We also derive salt from cooked foods and other commercially prepared food products . Too much salt intake causes high blood pressure.
If one or many other nutrients are not properly taken for a longer time, malnutrition occurs. If the total amount of nutrients provided by a diet is insufficient, it result in under nutrition. Starvation extreme hunger is the most case of under nutrition. So we need to prevent this case so that our babies will become healthy and strong
